Returns & Exchanges
Your satisfaction is our long-term pursuit. Once your package has arrived, we strongly suggest you open it and check to make sure the items meet your requirement. Before the return, please don’t remove the tag and keep it in new or unused condition as the original.
The products can be returned or exchanged within 30 days after received. A new product may be exchanged for another product or returned for a refund.
If the return is caused by the consumer, the consumer should be responsible for the shipping fee. The specific fee should be based on the express company you choose.
If due to our reasons, the goods received are damaged or not correct, and the consumer is not required to bear the shipping fee for this reason.
No restocking fee to be charged to the consumers for the return of a product.
To be eligible for a return, please make sure that:
– The product is in its original packaging
– The product isn’t used or damaged
Products that do not meet these criteria will not be considered for return.
Please email [email protected] flameforged.com before the return, we’ll provide you our return address. We do not accept the return package without contact.
Please send the product along with the product list, which includes Order Number, product SKU. Return tracking No. Is required; we will deal with the product exchange or refund after we get your returning parcel.
